i saw the ad for the new slider station in bazaar and i loved its graphic and concept. more than two years ago i saw the entrance gate for burger boutique and the materials and colors were like nothing i saw in kuwait so i just went inside and looked around it wasn't opened yet so i got a clear look at the design. I did the same thing yesterday, i went inside the slider station it's still underconstruction but it already seems like a mature design that links all its aspects to the very original concept.
your work only gets better with time :)

Thanks all :) I never tied my business with blogging before, but since my business is taking alot more time, I will be spending it to create yet another completely innovative concept. I have more pleasure in creating a solid completely new concepts rather than following existing trends. I have always thought that the market is still young for innovative and bold culinary creations, but I got to the point that I'm in dare need of a place that can tingle my taste buds. By combining all aspects of a well defined concept as well as serving market needs, I beleive one can push the boundaries beyond what is currently available.

As for the idea to have a blogger pre-opening tasting session, I don't see a reason why not. Offcourse its going to be on a first come first serve basis :)

zaydoun: sure will let you know :)

3abeer: Thanks :)

sexygoba: Dubai is definately on the map soon :)

jiji: very soon and it is next to panini in seef area.

shurouq: hehe I'm not gonna stop eating just because other stuff aren't available, we need to live! Allah yebarek feech :)

Lady H.: will have outlets outside soon :)

extinct dodo: I was thinking the same thing. Price of fish is very high, so it will not be a good idea unless you have more people appreciating fine dining.Totally Fish "tried" to do that. For me I'd go to fish market, nothing great but extremely fresh.
